The ASOTYPE generator provides a default human shape where the user can play and interpret human motion. There are fourteen motion key points on the human form. A user can move these points freely and create an outline of motion and put the motion in a frame. On the next frame, a user can use a different motion by moving the motion key points. The program creates the in-between motion based on the outlines the users creates and provides motion templates such as walking, eating, dancing etc. that users can modify. There are style palettes where the user can choose the style or form. A user can choose a stick figure or a rough hand drawing to represent him or herself. There is called Element, which users can import symbol fonts into the palette and use them as an object. The function of envionment is for background and import other graphics into the palette. To share your ASOTYPE there is a function called format, which give users the ability to send their ASOTYPEs to mobile phones, PDAs, computers and TVs. The format function adjusts the size of the ASOTYPE and makes it suitable to each medium. Users can also put text on top of the ASOTYPE as well as change the shape of the textbox to create visually pleasing ASOTYPEs.
